"Tucson Barrel"

Las Cruces, New Mexico NM artist, R.C. Dub (Rich Willard) has captured the majestic presence of the  fish hook barrel cactus native to the sonoran desert in this original acrylic on canvas painting.  The green tones used on the cactus are wonderfully highlighted against the vibrant blue sky and the yellow  blooms and green bark and foliage of the palo verde trees.  You can almost feel the warm, Tucson winter day.
